The 'service' was laughable. I arrived at 11 pm and discovered no parking due to some loud party. How charming! And no one even offered me a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble. I'm so glad I didn't waste my time trying to enjoy the pool, because no one cared to check on my comfort there either.

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I loved the relaxed atmosphere at the outdoor swimming pool. The spa lounge provided an amazing body scrub that left my skin feeling rejuvenated. Plus, the staff were really nice at breakfast, serving up some of the best coffee I've ever tasted!

Location really close to an airport, many attractions, and the nature. A nice size rooms with WiFi and big bathroom, as for instance, clean pool. Tasty food in the restaurant for breakfast with fresh eggs from their pet chickens.

I was woken by plumbing noises coming from the adjacent room very early in the morning, which started our travel day on a frustrating note. The noise from the hall was disruptive. The dinner options fell short of expectations despite making selections in advance.

The vibrant gardens and colorful atmosphere were a good escape! The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and the complimentary breakfast served local flavors like gallo pinto with eggs-delicious! The staff was accommodating.

Thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel: freshly made food and great stuff. The beds were big, I slept well. Got an incredibly nice breakfast included. The location of this venue just off restaurant, an airport and the FLIGHT PATH of the airport was marvellous. Besides, it was 5 km away from Iglesia la Trinidad.
